Definition of trade union -webbs defines a trade Union , it is continuous Association of wege earners for the purpose of maintaining or improving the condition of their working lives.
The trade union defined in section 2(h) trade Union act 1926 section 2h , Trade union means any combination whether temporary or permanent formed primarly for the purpose of regulating .

(i) workman and employers or
(ii) workmen and workmen .,or
(iii) employers and employers .,or
(iv) for imposing restrictive condition on the conduct of any trade or business.

4. An agreement between partners to form a partnership firm is not trade union
5. The trade union Act does not affect any agreement between any employer and employees.
6. The membership of the trade union is not restricated under this definition and act to any particular class of person.
Generally it is prismed and that a trade Union can be formed only by employees for the purpose of collective bargaining but if we interpret interpret interpret the section 2 h, it makes clear that employers can also form a Trade union a combination of employers and employees.
Registration of Trade union (कामगार संघाची नोंदणी)
The registrar of the trade union having power to register a trade union section 4 of T.U.A. illustrate the mode of registrations any 7 or more members of trade Union maybe subscribing their names to the rules of the trade union shall apply to register in the trade unions in prescribed manner and with the rules of trade union. Form A is the prescribed application for the registration of trade Union.
Registrar of trade unions:may give instruction to additional or Deputy registers form a time to time. Where an additional or Deputy register exercises and discharges the power and functions of a register in an area with it which the registered office A trade union is situated, the additional or Deputy register shall be made to be register in relation to the trade union for the purpose of this act
The objects of the rules of trade union must be lawful and eat must satisfy the registrar.
